This notice applies to the Japanese Tea Tour Filming service at Moriuchi Tea Farm. The tea tour itself is a separate service of the tour organizer.このページは、森内茶農園の日本茶ツアー撮影サービスについての表記です。日本茶ツアー本体は、ツアー主催者が提供する別のサービスです。

- Price / 販売価格
- JPY 120,000 per group, including tax and travel expenses.1グループ120,000円（税込・交通費込み）
- Additional charges / 商品代金以外の必要料金
- None from us. The payment page may show the price in your local currency, converted by Stripe at a rate that includes a conversion fee of about 2–4%. You can switch to JPY 120,000 on the same page. Any fees charged by your card issuer are separate.当方からの追加料金はありません。決済画面では、Stripeが換算した現地通貨の金額（換算手数料 約2〜4%を含む）が表示される場合があります。同じ画面で日本円（120,000円）に切り替えられます。カード会社の手数料は別途かかる場合があります。

- Full prepayment within 48 hours after we email you the payment link, and no later than 18:00 JST on the day before the tour.決済リンクをお送りしたメールから48時間以内、かつツアー前日の18時（日本時間）までに全額前払い
- Delivery timing / 提供時期
- Filming takes place on the tour date. The film and photos are delivered by download link within 14 days after filming.撮影はツアー当日に行います。映像と写真は、撮影後14日以内にダウンロードリンクで納品します。
- Returns and exchanges / 返品・交換
- Not defective: as this is a filming service, it cannot be returned after filming. Cancellations before the tour follow the cancellation terms below.不良でない場合：撮影のサービスのため、撮影後の返品はできません。ツアー前の取消しは下記のキャンセル規定のとおりです。Defective: if the delivered files cannot be opened or are incomplete, please email studio@kuufilms.com within 14 days of delivery and we will deliver them again at no charge.不良の場合：納品したデータが開けない・欠けているときは、納品から14日以内に studio@kuufilms.com までご連絡ください。無料で再納品します。

Cancellation and refundsキャンセルと返金
To cancel, please email studio@kuufilms.com. Cancellation fees are calculated from the tour date. Deadlines are counted in Japan Standard Time (JST), by the date we receive your cancellation email.キャンセルは studio@kuufilms.com へメールでご連絡ください。キャンセル料はツアー日から数えます。期限は日本時間（JST）で、当方がキャンセルのメールを受け取った日で判定します。

Refunds返金
We refund the amount paid, minus any cancellation fee, to the original payment method. We process refunds within 7 days, and they usually appear on your statement in 5–10 business days.お支払い額からキャンセル料を差し引いた額を、元のお支払い方法へ返金します。7日以内に返金の手続きをし、ご利用明細への反映は通常5〜10営業日後です。
Full refund全額返金
We refund the full amount in these cases.次の場合は全額を返金します。
- The tour organizer cancels the tour. The filming is cancelled as well.ツアー主催者の判断でツアーが中止となった場合（撮影も中止します）
- The tour organizer does not accept your tea tour booking.ツアーの予約が主催者に受け付けられなかった場合
- We cannot film for reasons on our side.当方の都合で撮影できない場合
- We cannot accept your booking after you pay.お支払い後に当方がお申し込みをお受けできない場合
Droneドローン
If drone flight alone is not possible, ground-camera filming will proceed. This alone does not qualify for a refund.ドローンのみ飛行できない場合は地上撮影を実施します。それだけを理由とする返金はありません。
Terms利用規約
Application and contract申込みと契約の成立
Your payment through the payment link is your application. The contract is formed by our confirmation email, which we send within 24 hours of your payment. If we cannot accept your booking, we refund the full amount.決済リンクからのお支払いがお申し込みです。お支払いから24時間以内にお送りする当方の確定メールで契約が成立します。お受けできない場合は全額返金します。

Drone filmingドローン撮影
We fly a drone only when it is safe and permitted by law. Otherwise we film with ground cameras.ドローンは、安全が確保でき、法令上飛行できる場合にのみ飛行します。それ以外の場合は地上のカメラで撮影します。
Liability損害賠償
Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount we have received from you.当方の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、当方の賠償額は受領済みの撮影料金を上限とします。
Notices通知
We send the confirmation and other notices by email, as plain text in the message body, to the address you enter at payment. If you would like them on paper, please email studio@kuufilms.com.確定の通知その他の通知は、決済時に入力されたメールアドレスへ、電子メール（本文テキスト）でお送りします。書面をご希望の場合は studio@kuufilms.com までご連絡ください。
Governing law準拠法
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.本規約は日本法に準拠します。
