This service is provided directly by kuu films and is separate from the tea tour.
Please reserve the tea tour separately through the tour organizer before filming is confirmed.
Drone filming is included only when weather, site conditions and safety requirements allow it. Ground-camera filming will still take place when a drone cannot be used.
Submitting this form only asks us to check availability. It does not create a contract or require payment. We will confirm availability, payment details and the terms by email before any contract is concluded.

60秒の映像1本（縦型または横型）と、編集済み写真20〜30枚を、撮影後14日以内にダウンロードリンクでデータ納品します。
日本茶ツアーとは別契約のサービスです。ツアーを別途ご予約のうえ、下のフォームから撮影の空き状況をご確認ください。
ドローン撮影は天候・現地の状況・安全条件が整う場合に行い、飛行できない場合は地上撮影のみとなります。
フォームは空き状況の確認用です。送信だけでは契約・予約・支払いは成立しません。撮影可否、お支払い方法、契約条件をメールでご案内します。

We use the information entered here to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote and coordinate filming. The form is processed through an external form service. Apart from the coordination information described above, we do not share personal data without consent unless required by law. You may request access, correction or deletion by email.

Payment / お支払い
Payment is by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The price is in Japanese yen: JPY 120,000 per group, including tax and travel expenses.
After we confirm availability, we email you a secure payment link. Full prepayment is due within 48 hours of that email, and no later than 18:00 JST on the day before the tour.
Your payment is your application. Your booking is confirmed by our confirmation email, sent within 24 hours of your payment. If we cannot accept the date, we refund the full amount.
We make no additional charges. The payment page may show the price in your own currency at the payment provider's rate. You can switch to JPY 120,000 on the same page.
お支払いはカード・Apple Pay・Google Payで、日本円（1グループ120,000円・税込・交通費込み）です。
空き状況を確認したうえで、決済用のリンクをメールでお送りします。そのメールから48時間以内、遅くともツアー前日の18時（日本時間）までに全額を前払いしてください。
お支払いがお申し込みとなり、お支払いから24時間以内にお送りする確定メールで予約が確定します。お受けできない場合は全額返金します。
当方からの追加料金はありません。決済画面では決済サービスのレートで換算したお客様の通貨の金額が表示される場合があり、同じ画面で日本円（120,000円）に切り替えられます。
Cancellation / キャンセル
The cancellation schedule follows the tea tour terms and is calculated from the tour date. Deadlines are counted in Japan Standard Time (JST), by the date we receive your cancellation email at studio@kuufilms.com.
キャンセル料はツアー旅行条件書と同じ区分で、ツアー日から数えます。期限は日本時間（JST）で、studio@kuufilms.com にキャンセルのメールが届いた日で判定します。
- 11 or more days before: no charge
11日前まで：無料 - 10–8 days before: 20%
10〜8日前：20% - 7–2 days before: 30%
7〜2日前：30% - One day before: 40%
前日：40% - On the day: 50%
当日：50% - After the tour starts or no-show: 100%
開始後・無連絡不参加：100%
If the tour organizer cancels the tour, the filming service will also be cancelled and any filming fee paid will be refunded in full. We also refund in full if we cannot film for reasons on our side, or if the tour organizer does not accept your tea tour booking. If drone flight alone is not possible, ground-camera filming will proceed and this alone does not qualify for a refund.
ツアー主催者の判断でツアーが中止となった場合は撮影も中止し、受領済みの撮影料金は全額返金します。当方の都合で撮影できない場合と、ツアーの予約が主催者に受け付けられなかった場合も全額返金します。ドローンのみ飛行できない場合は地上撮影を実施し、それだけを理由とする返金はありません。
Refunds go back to the original payment method. We process them within 7 days, and they usually appear on your statement in 5–10 business days.
返金は元のお支払い方法へ行います。7日以内に返金の手続きをし、ご利用明細への反映は通常5〜10営業日後です。
